Products & pricing
We aim to describe and price products accurately. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change. Personalisation options may add to the price as shown at checkout. Occasionally an item may be unavailable after ordering, in which case we will contact you.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable or details cannot be verified.
Personalised & corporate orders
For personalised items you are responsible for the accuracy of the details and artwork you provide. As these are made to order, they generally cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun. Corporate and bulk orders may be subject to a separate quote and timeline.
Payment
Payment is taken through our payment providers at checkout. We do not store full card details.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to Ences Heritage or its licensors and may not be used without permission. By uploading artwork you confirm you have the right to use it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
